The Sample Understudy Survey will be similar to the survey available to members. Your survey will vary by the type of business and type of insurance written. Your membership includes one survey. You can order an additional survey for an additional charge using the email request below. During the course of a year, changes in exposure or conditions are not uncommon. We do not recommend a re-survey within 6 months of the initial survey unless you know there have been changes.
